I’m Kristine Whitson, certified Christian life coach with the Board of Christian Life Coaching, and member of the International Christian Coaching Association, Los Angeles Philharmonic violinist, wife, mom, grandma, and follower of Jesus Christ.

My three-plus decades with the LA Philharmonic have included multiple Grammy awards, solo appearances, and performances in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including regular stops at Carnegie Hall in NYC. 

 

My life as a performer landed me repeatedly on the front lines of stress, pressure, anxiety, and perfectionism.  I overcame, and you can too! I will share the techniques, tools and mindset needed to achieve and maintain high performance with balance, poise, and peace!
